Camilla Läckberg

It’s always been my life’s dream to write detective novels. It first came true in 2003 when my first book The Ice Princess was published in Sweden and now, my seventh book, The Lighthouse Keeper has reached the shelves in Sweden at the same time as the rights to my books have been sold to over 30 countries worldwide. Here on my website you can find out about me, my books, and Fjällbacka, the place where I grew up and the scene of all my murders. Most of the characters in my books are fictional, but some are real people living in the area, and I’ll be telling you more about them in these pages. Happy reading! Camilla Läckberg

Camilla’s books are set in Fjällbacka, the coastal village where Camilla was born and raised. In northern Bohuslän, about 140 km north of Göteborg, lies the little community of Fjällbacka. Already a fishing village in the 17th century, Fjällbacka is now an idyll that’s steeped in history. Its name derives from the imposing rocky outcrop that the village encircles. Thousands of tourists visit Fjällbacka in the summer. For the rest of the year, there’s about 1,000 permanent residents. Fjällbacka might be small, but there are still hotels, cafés and shops. The best way to get to Fjällbacka without a car is by train to Uddevalla. You can also take a train to Dingle and from there take a bus to Fjällbacka, or alternatively fly to Trollhättan and make your way from there.

Crime-writers’ school – the seven steps I get lots of questions about my writing, many of them asking for advice. Unfortunately there are no miracle tips I can give. The most important thing is to make sure that you sit down and start writing, not that each sentence is perfectly composed. A wise person once said that writing is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration, and I can personally vouch for the truth of that! So don’t get in a stew over how the words fall – just make sure THAT they fall. Let the words just flow. In other words: write, write, write! Here, I’d like to present my own seven-part crime-writers’ school. Each part contains tips and exercises as well as some pointers for books that you might find inspiring. Good luck!

Camilla, New York will be beautified by your presence. I hope you are not frightened: after coming from such a small village, a big city must seem hugely scary with many sense impressions encroaching all at once. Make a quiet space in your hotel that is like Fjallbacka so that if you feel overwhelmed you can imagine your family & friends .....

Have you heard 'Bonnie & Clyde' by Serge Gainsbourg/Bridget Bardot Camilla? This is on Youtube. They speak of the ack ack of machine guns & it occured that both your name & home town feature ack: Lackberg Fjallbacka. Could it be that in a previous life you saved someone from machine gun fire; perhaps in World War 11? The 'ack' 'ack' of machine-guns instead of being a curse became a blessing.......

I am a 18 year old girl who loves to read. The truth is that he read anything that passed through my hands until I had settled to you by a friend. I have been reading as they have come to the library closest to me, missing me to read three books and am eager to get them. But to be honest I do not buy books but k ls I downloaded from the internet because whenever I have money I spend it on something for someone around me instead of a book.
I do not like to download but it is the only way that I have read you, because nobody gives me a llibre ...
No not even if you read my comment or not ... but I must tell you I love reading books yours scroll page to page trying to test my hingenio ... you really are a marvel of a writer.
Sorry for my really bad English, is not dominated and I am using a translator I hope you understand if you get to read some day ..

Hello
I am a girl of 18 years in a district of Tarragona (Catalonia, Spain.)
I love your books, I knew you by a friend and I really hooked with ease. I love to read but now I love reading thank you. His books make me take your place and go by myself discovering and finding out things, it tests all my senses, is a marvel.
The truth is I have to be aware that my friend let me books online or download them but not so funny it is much better to buy them and feel the leaves between your fingers. What in my house are not usually buy books and that means I will not buy them regale me or anyone at all.
You writing is a genius
Keep it up, I adore him.
A big hug.
PS: Sorry for my terrible English is that I am using a translator because I feel very bad English ..

Dear Camilla,

I have just finished the "Zeemeermin" (Dutch version of the sjojungfrun) and was very much concerned about the fates of Erica, Patrick en Anna. Fortunately I saw on this site that there is already a new book! What a relieve! Unfortunately, it takes a long time before we get your books translated, I think I need to learn Swedish!
Please do not start writting.
Vennlig hilsen,

Heloisa

Hej Camilla

Plot summary
A young ne'er-do-well named Lightfoot steals a car. Independently, an assassin is preparing to kill a minister at his pulpit. The preacher escapes on foot after Lightfoot inadvertently rescues him by running over his pursuer.

The two men steal another car from a middle-aged couple at a gas station. Checking into a local hotel, Lightfoot picks up a couple of girls, one for each of them. Lightfoot learns that the minister is really a veteran bank robber known as Thunderbolt who was hiding with the guise of a clergyman following a successful looting of an armored car company some years back.

Thunderbolt is the only member of the original gang who knows where the money is hidden. He and Lightfoot journey to Warsaw, Montana to retrieve the hidden loot from the old one-room schoolhouse where it was stashed. They discover a brand-new school in its place and conclude that the money must have been destroyed when the old school was demolished.

Thunderbolt and Lightfoot unite forces with the men from the original gang, Eddie Goody and the menacing Red Leary, both of whom were previously also in pursuit of Thunderbolt intending to kill him. The mastermind of the old gang, Billy Lamb, suffered a heart attack and died shortly after the robbery, and Lightfoot inadvertently killed their electronics expert, Dunlap, in his rescue of Thunderbolt. Lightfoot convinces the others to execute another heist -- robbing the same company, Montana Armory, with a variation of the original plan.

The team goes to Billings, taking jobs as cover to make money while they plan the heist. Thunderbolt works as a welder, Lightfoot with a plumbing crew (borrowing the company van to haul supplies for the heist), Leary is a janitor and Eddie works as an ice cream salesman in a small truck while surveilling escape routes and residential neighborhoods.

The robbery is a success, with Thunderbolt and Red managing the inside game, Eddie taking care of the getaway car, and Lightfoot dressing as a female to distract the Western Union office security guard and deactivate the ensuing alarm. Thunderbolt uses an Oerlikon 20 mm cannon to gain access to the inner safe and the team escapes with the loot.

After attempting to hide out in a nearby all night drive-in movie, the police are notified by the theater's management and are soon pursuing them. Red and Eddie hide in the trunk of the getaway car and Eddie is shot by pursuing police. Red throws him out of the trunk, leaving him to die on a desolate dirt road. Red then enters the main compartment of the car, threatens Thunderbolt and Lightfoot with a pistol and forces them to stop the car. Once Red has them out of the car, he pistol-whips them both, knocking them unconscious. He then proceeds to kick Lightfoot repeatedly, carrying through on his near-constant threats of violence towards the youngest member of the gang.

Red commandeers the getaway car and finds himself again pursued closely by police. The police shoot the car, striking Red several times. He continues racing through the streets until he encounters a roadblock. Red reverses course and loses control of the car, crashing into a store. Once outside of the car, he is attacked and killed by the store's watchdog.

Thunderbolt and Lightfoot gradually recover from Red's beatings and continue their escape on foot. The next day, they see a historical monument - a classic one-room schoolhouse from Warsaw, Montana, moved there by the state a couple of years before the second heist. Now a tourist attraction, the schoolhouse is exactly as it was when Thunderbolt hid the money there. Thunderbolt and Lightfoot retrieve the cash and leave after Lightfoot says his arm has become numb and has some trouble manhandling the blackboard hiding the money.

Thunderbolt buys an all-white Cadillac convertible, something Lightfoot said he'd always wanted to do and picks up Lightfoot waiting on the outskirts of town. They drive away and light cigars, celebrating the success of the job. Lightfoot is in obvious distress, however, dragging his left leg as well as gradually being unable to move his left arm and slurring his speech. Lightfoot soon succumbs to the injuries inflicted by Red, leaving Thunderbolt as the only surviving member of both robberies. Thunderbolt breaks his cigar, and drives down the highway with the deceased Lightfoot in the passenger seat.

Last Christmas, I gave you my heart
But the very next day, You gave it away
This year, to save me from tears
I'll give it to someone special

Last Christmas, I gave you my heart
But the very next day, You gave it away
This year, to save me from tears
I'll give it to someone special

Once bitten and twice shy
I keep my distance but you still catch my eye
Tell me baby do you recognise me?
Well it's been a year, it doesn't surprise me

(Happy Christmas!) I wrapped it up and sent it
With a note saying "I Love You" I meant it
Now I know what a fool I've been
But if you kissed me now I know you'd fool me again

(CHORUS)

(Oooh. Oooh Baby)

A crowded room, friends with tired eyes
I'm hiding from you and your soul of ice
My God I thought you were someone to rely on
Me? I guess I was a shoulder to cry on
A face on a lover with a fire in his heart
A man undercover but you tore me apart
Oooh Oooh
Now I've found a real love you'll never fool me again
(CHORUS)

A face on a lover with a fire in his heart
(Gave you my heart)
A man undercover but you tore me apart
Next year
I'll give it to someone, I'll give it to someone special
special
someone
someone
I'll give it to someone, I'll give it to someone special
who'll give me something in return
I'll give it to someone
hold my heart and watch it burn
I'll give it to someone, I'll give it to someone special
I've got you here to stay
I can love you for a day
I thought you were someone special
gave you my heart
I'll give it to someone, I'll give it to someone
last christmas I gave you my heart
you gave it away
I'll give it to someone, I'll give it to someone

When your belly's empty
And the hunger's so real
And you're too proud to beg
And too dumb to steal
You search the city
For your only friend
No one would you see
You ask yourself, 'Who'd watch for me?'
A solitary voice to speak out and set me free

An expert system is software that attempts to provide an answer to a problem, or clarify uncertainties where normally one or more human experts would need to be consulted. Expert systems are most common in a specific problem domain, and is a traditional application and/or subfield of artificial intelligence. A wide variety of methods can be used to simulate the performance of the expert however common to most or all are 1) the creation of a knowledge base which uses some knowledge representation formalism to capture the Subject Matter Expert's (SME) knowledge and 2) a process of gathering that knowledge from the SME and codifying it according to the formalism, which is called knowledge engineering. Expert systems may or may not have learning components but a third common element is that once the system is developed it is proven by being placed in the same real world problem solving situation as the human SME, typically as an aid to human workers or a supplement to some information system.

Hermione watched as the words on the bottle began to wriggle around and change places and shapes in the palm of George's hand until it no longer said 'Cough Be Gone' but 'Tingle Me Softly'.

"Oh, that's rather clever," she exclaimed.

"It's great for playing pranks as well," George grinned. "Fred and I changed all the labels on Ginny's toiletries before she went back to Hogwarts last summer, sorry we missed the look on her face when she tried to use her shampoo and it turned out to be nail polish remover." He sighed wistfully.

"I'm glad I missed that drama," Hermione muttered, taking the bottle from George's hand and reading the label more closely. Discovering that the bottle contained oil that made it feel like a thousand hands were touching you upon application was enough for her to put it down. Picking up the next one she handed it to him, her curiosity piqued.

Plot
Preacher tells the story of Jesse Custer, a down-and-out preacher in the small Texas town of Annville. Custer was accidentally possessed by the supernatural creature named Genesis in an incident which killed his entire congregation and flattened his church.

Genesis, the product of the unauthorized, unnatural coupling of an angel and a demon, is an infant with no sense of individual will. However, as it is composed of both pure goodness and pure evil, it might have enough power to rival that of God Himself. In other words, Jesse Custer, bonded to Genesis, may have become the most powerful being in the whole of living existence.

Custer, driven by a strong sense of right and wrong, goes on a journey across the United States attempting to (literally) find God, who abandoned Heaven the moment Genesis was born. He also begins to discover the truth about his new powers, which allow him to command the obedience of those who hear his words. He is joined by his old girlfriend Tulip O'Hare, as well as a hard-drinking Irish vampire named Cassidy.

During the course of their journeys, the three encounter enemies and obstacles both sacred and profane, including: the Saint of Killers, an invincible, quick-drawing, perfect-aiming, come-lately Angel of Death answering only to "He who sits on the throne"; a serial-killer called the 'Reaver-Cleaver'; The Grail, a secret organization controlling the governments of the world and protecting the bloodline of Jesus; Herr Starr, ostensible Allfather of the Grail, a megalomaniac with a penchant for prostitutes, who wishes to use Custer for his own ends; several fallen angels; and Jesse's own redneck 'family' — particularly his nasty Cajun grandmother, her mighty bodyguard Jody, and the 'animal-loving' T.C.

I'm now reading our first book "The Ice Princess" - after finishing book two and three. I enjoy the way you describe human relations - combined with a good plot. I look forward to reading the rest for the books.

No Guts, No Blood: No Brains At All
(repeat 4X)

My spine is the bassline, and the top line
could be broken glass
all amusing views of those better men
dirty habits' hand on the purses' strings

Quiet fear of the passing time
gently magnify the dividing line
all this history could be blown away on a breath of lust

Trajectory, synchronicity, how the choice is made with a fresh resolve
jamming tight up to the barrier
down a string of nerves so these feelings go

My spine is the bassline and the top line is the distant past
all that history, all those books have gone
they've been blown away on a breath of lust

No Guts, No Blood: No Brains At All
(repeat 4X)

(spoken)
He can rip out the chassis and gearbox, could replace it with the neck and the chest
He can feel it in the back of the ribcage, he can kick it 'til it gets in the sense
He's been thinking about dying in public, he's been tensing up his arms and his legs
He can have you home in a heap in a heartbeat, He'll go messing with the Civil Defense
There's no joy in the squander of resource, there's more passion in the pump of a plug,
he can leave you at the club with the cashbox, he can push you at the pressure above

It's very difficult to prove that something cannot happen, but I think
Snopes is correct in debunking the exploding-gull story.

Here's a copy of a letter in which the manufacturers of Alka-Seltzer
say that their product does not have seagull-exploding properties:

Alka-Seltzer, 8/31/2010 2:53:39 PM
Hi, heard the exploding seagull story when I was a kid. The explanation was that seagulls can't burp, so the pressure builds up et voila, the seagull explodes! However... the blackback seagull feeds on fish, which it returns to the nest to

This happened when I was in Kindergarten. I guess it was around St. Patrick's day, because the teacher was talking about leprachuns and such, when she said "Did you know, there's a pot of gold at the end of rainbows?" and this kid in the class said "I found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow once, but a bird took it."

Well, the teacher didn't really say anything in response to the kid, so for years after that, I not only thought that the story of the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow was true, but also I thought that the pot of gold ended up in some bird's nest somewhere

You are my light in the dark
You are the beating in my heart
But that is not enough, will I ever be by your side

Your hair is dancing in the wind
Your eyes are burning up my skin
And I'm so happy when I see, that you are smiling back at me

You're leaving burnmarks on the ground
Thank you God for what I've found
I don't know how, I don't know why
But you're my angel in the night

You are my light in the dark
You are the beating in my heart
Let me hold you now, just like days before you start to cry
You are my light in the dark
You are the beating in my heart
But that is not enough, will I ever be by your side

"Prepare For Launch in 3.. 2.. 1"

I try my best to satisfy, but all you do is waving me goodbye
I don't know what I'm gonna do, but I'm so crazy about you
Even if I don't know where to start
Even if my love is tearing me apart
I just know that you and me
We are always meant to be

Camilla Babe,
How about using American/ English spelling as a morse code.
ie: flavour-uk, flavor-usa. You could have USA as dot, UK as dash. Use it to spell out evil subliminal messages. S King used this with his wicked capitalizations like in 'Cell.'

Dear Friends,

September has always been a very busy month for us. Kids are back in school after a long vacation, trying to adjust to their schedules and new teachers or professors, and the back-to-school mood is contagious. I always feel like a new "year" begins in September, with new projects and crisp weather. It's when I get back to my writing seriously after taking time off in the summer to be with my kids.

And as I start working hard again, my new book Camilla Lover will be out in hardcover any day. I am extremely excited about this book. It's an historical novel, with a courageous young Fjallbacka woman as one of the heroines and the main focal point of the story, as she travels to Mexico in the eighteenth century. I am very proud of this one, and I hope you love it.

I hope your fall gets off to a great start!!

Love, Camilla

MARGATE, Fla. (WSVN) -- Four young boys were exposed to mercury after their neighbor spilled it in his driveway and invited to play with it, according to police.

Authorities said the initial incident happened over the weekend, but it was not until Monday that the situation came to light.

Although not life-threatening, the Department of Environmental Protection said, the levels of mercury found in Hubert Jean's home are enough to force him out.

Kerplunk (spel)

Dominica sips the concoction gently. “A highly unusual flavour & very expensive,” she reflects. Pascuala looks at the menu. The duo menu holder, simple, and extremely stylish made from non-reflecting, extremely strong, polypropylene for a more classic look & seems to accentuate the words under its easy to clean surface. She props it up on the silver corners come as standard for corner protection. She begins to read:
“If the price sounds unappealing, shoppers also have to overcome the unusual method of cultivation, which sees the coffee beans harvested from the feces of an Indonesian jungle cat.”
Dominica looks at her cup circumspectly pushing it to one side violently. “Please be careful Pascuala when you relay news like that, remember your Aunty Valenzuela who when her grandson Yorba parked their Ford Probe so that Valenzuela could add cream and sugar to her take-out coffee.
How could the tragedy be forgotten; how she placed the coffee cup between her knees and pulled the far side of the lid toward her to remove it, in the process spilling the entire cup of coffee on her lap. “You don’t have to tell us mother. It’s your favourite story, how Valenzuela was wearing cotton sweatpants; they absorbed the coffee and she sat in the puddle of hot liquid for over eighty seconds, scalding her thighs, how she was then taken to the hospital, where it was determined that she had suffered lesser burns over sixteen percent of her body.”
“Have I told that before?”
“Yes countless times now listen, the store says the luxury blend -- called Caffé Raro -- is one of the world's rarest and most premium coffees,” says Pascuala looking at the blurb on the packet. “Made by the Italian company De Longhi, Caffé Raro combines Jamaican Blue Mountain and Kupi Luwak, two extremely rare coffees. The beans of Kupi Luwak are harvested after being ingested by civet cats, and only a few pounds of the coffee is produced each year,” Pascuala explains.
“Really you are the limit sometimes Pascuala,” her mother says in disgust pushing her cup to one side. “It gets worse the cats select the best beans to chew. It's rather like a natural filtering process & at $100 the most expensive coffee in the world.” Pascuala observes.
"Enough of this just imagine a day you would love," Dominica begins. "Just imagine a day that would make you feel really happy." Pascuala looks down to see the coffee table on which strewn between the napkins, saccharine tablets in sachets & brown-sugar cubes it is covered with hundreds of slips of paper that Dominica has produced from her hand bag, each printed with a word or phrase, each syllable has been written neatly in red ink & then ( equally neatly) folded over. It must have taken her hours of painstaking writing & compiling to complete, words like: climbing a tree, dancing, cheesecake, ocean etc, pleasures that she knows that her daughter enjoyed as child & has obviously taken great pleasure in devising.
She watches as Pascuala intently reads the words and phrases, trying to note the reaction Dominica expected each one gets, trying to imagine if it is the childlike response she wanted. With her mothers encouragement, Pascuala begins making selections, going around in a circle. They help each other find words on the table that describe a perfect day, trading when copies of a word are gone. Smiling, laughing, and grimacing, they watch each other choose chocolate, rainy day, roller coaster & fresh cranberry juice. “Fresh cranberry juice? Ugh!" Pascuala groans when Dominica picks it up.”You vampire.”
“That’s a good word. Vampire I should have put it in, I like that,” says her mother & writes the word on a spare slip of paper she has especially for the purpose. Pascuala transported to twelve year old after choosing all the words she wants from the table, watches in amazed fashion as her mother hands her paper and pencil. She wonders where she has seen them before & then realises they have the same gold star as the ones in the local stationers, they seem to transport her to a childhood world of spelling-bees & punctuation tests For the next ten minutes mothers and daughter each write a description of a day they would each love, incorporating these words, & then read them aloud

Set in London in 1938, the film focuses on highly successful and extremely popular theatre actress Julia Lambert, whose gradual disillusionment with her career as she approaches middle age has prompted her to ask her husband, stage director Michael Gosselyn, and his financial backer, Dolly de Vries, to close her current production to allow her time to travel abroad. They convince her to remain with the play throughout the summer, and Michael introduces her to Tom Fennel, an enterprising American who confesses his deep appreciation of her work. Seeking the passion missing from her marriage, and anxious to fill the void left when her close friend Lord Charles suggested they part ways to avoid scandalous gossip, Julia embarks on a passionate affair with the young man and begins to support him so he may enjoy the glamorous lifestyle to which she has introduced him. Their relationship revives her, sparking a distinct change in her personality. Always hovering in the background and offering counsel is the spirit of her mentor, Jimmie Langton, the theatrical manager who gave Julia her start and made her a star, while flesh-and-blood Evie serves as her personal maid, dresser, and confidante.

Michael suggests they invite Tom to spend time at their country estate, where he can become better acquainted with their son Roger. At a party there Tom meets aspiring actress Avice Crichton, and when Julia sees him flirting with the pretty young woman she becomes jealous and anxious and angrily confronts him. He slowly reveals himself to be a callous, social-climbing, gold-digging gigolo, and Julia is shattered when their affair comes to an end.

Avice, now romantically involved with Tom, asks him to bring Julia to see her perform in a play in the hope the actress will convince her husband to cast her in a supporting role in Julia's upcoming new project. The play is dreadful and Avice is not much better. Backstage, Julia compliments her even worse co-star and barely acknowledges Avice, although she promises to tell Michael about her. Afterwards, she forces Tom to admit he loves Avice, then - although her heart is broken by his admission - she assures him she will insist the ingenue be cast in her next play.

When Julia's performance in her current play begins to suffer due to her personal discontent, Michael closes the production and Julie visits her mother and Aunt Carrie in Jersey, where Lord Charles comes to visit her. Julia suggests a romantic tryst, and he gently lets her know he's gay. Meanwhile, back in London, Avice auditions for Michael and, although Julia resents her, she is given the role.

Julia returns home to begin rehearsals for the new play. Shortly after, she learns from her son that Avice has been one of Michael's casual trysts. Still, she is uncharacteristically solicitous toward the girl, making suggestions that place her in the spotlight and insisting her own wardrobe be drab to allow Avice to shine. What her director and fellow cast members don't realize is there's a method to her seeming madness - Julia has planned her sweet revenge for the opening night performance, during which she successfully affirms her position as London theatre's foremost diva

After a good while of good fucking, Martin decided he wanted to take me from behind. He helped me turn around. I felt him put his penis near my back-entry but I quickly grabbed him and said 'no, fuck me there some more' and put him back to my soaked and used pussy. He didn't object and went right back in.

While he started fucking me again, I had another thought for my husband-my first husband who had so encouraged my writing. I also thought about being an unfaithful wife. I felt a bit like a whore, but somehow it felt good. I was getting the dirty sex I wanted, all with my husband's approval and encouragement. I was the happiest wife in town-ex-wife that is.

As Martin was pounding me, I forgot all about my husband. I was sprawled across the trunk of Martin's police car. One of his hands was squeezing my breasts while the other one held my hip as he entered me again and again with his wonderful penis. I was enjoying every thrust, every feeling and moment of this.

A strong orgasm built up for both of us and I let myself go first. I came long and hard and, because I was so excited, I came for a really long time. Then Martin couldn't keep going on and he released himself into me. He kept going for a long while after that, which surprised me. He told me he wanted to feel me and to give me as much as he could before he would go soft. I liked the sticky, dirty feel of being a used woman and a liberated wife.

Camilla Lackberg's "The Ice Princess" is an intriguing and rewarding read, ostensibly a murder mystery but ultimately a broad look at life in a small Swedish town that hides ugly secrets. The story focuses on Erica Falck, an author of biographies who has traveled back to her small town of birth, Fjallbacka, following her the deaths of her parents. Upon arriving, Erica finds herself thrust into a murder investigation when she becomes one of the first to find the body of her estranged childhood friend Alex Wijkner, who is dead in a bathtub. Though the death appears to be a suicide, it soon emerges that the truth is far more sinister and Alex finds herself wrapped up in her old friend's mysterious past as she follows the investigation, led by another childhood friend, Patrik Hedstrom. As more characters are introduced and Erica delves further into the sordid pasts of the unassuming citizens of Fjallbacka, the story becomes increasingly complex, taking unexpected twists and turns.

For readers that are used to the fast-paced action and flashy drama of typical crime novels, the plot may seem to plod along. It's true that the story unfolded slowly, but I believe that Lackberg's pace was well worth the extra time, as it afforded her the space to fully expand the atmosphere of the novel. I particularly enjoyed her portrayal of Fjallbacka - I come from a small town myself and was enchanted by the way Lackberg built up the small village, with the smattering of dark secrets smoldering under the veneer of respectability. The story is much more complex than the simple solving of a crime, and Lackberg takes time and care to fully develop all of her characters so that I came to actually care about Erica, Patrik and others rather than simply flipping pages to look for the next exciting action sequence. Of course, the story does have its fair share of action, and I never found myself bored. I thoroughly enjoyed "The Ice Princess" and look forward to reading more of Lackberg's well-crafted novels.
